UniCentre is a technology-enabled platform that allows students to discover, compare and access trusted student support services relevant to their study abroad journey. The Platform may also be used by partner agents, referral partners and service providers to facilitate student support services.
By accessing or using UniCentre, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting information, referring students, listing services or using any functionality of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
3. Account Registration and Responsibility
Users must provide accurate, current and complete information while registering or interacting with UniCentre.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities conducted through your account
- Ensuring information shared with vendors or partners is accurate
UniCentre shall not be liable for unauthorised account usage arising from failure to safeguard credentials.
4. Role of UniCentre as Marketplace Platform
UniCentre operates solely as a service discovery, comparison and facilitation platform.
Through the Platform:
- Students can explore and engage with independent service providers
- Partner agents can assist students in navigating services
- Referral partners may submit student leads
- Vendors can present their offerings to relevant users
UniCentre does not directly deliver third-party services unless explicitly stated.
While UniCentre undertakes reasonable diligence in onboarding reputed vendors, users are advised to independently verify service scope, pricing, timelines and contractual obligations before proceeding.
5. User Conduct and Platform Usage
All users agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading or incomplete information
- Misuse or attempt to extract platform data without authorisation
- Engage in fraudulent referrals or misrepresentation
- Disrupt platform functionality or misuse vendor relationships
- Use the Platform for unlawful or unethical activities
UniCentre reserves the right to restrict access or take corrective action where misuse is identified.
6. Use of Personal and Service Interaction Data
UniCentre may process user information to:
- Recommend relevant services
- Facilitate student-vendor or student-agent interactions
- Improve platform performance and user experience
- Send service-related updates and journey communications

7. Intellectual Property
All content, comparison formats, design elements, software infrastructure and proprietary tools available on UniCentre are owned by or licensed to UniCentre.
Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.
8. Marketing Communications and Opt-Out
Users may receive communications from UniCentre including:
- Service recommendations
- Platform announcements
- Promotional campaigns
- Informational newsletters
Where users have subscribed to receive such marketing or promotional content, they may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe option included in the communication or by contacting UniCentre support.
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect essential service-related notifications.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
UniCentre may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

- Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct is suspected

- Disputes between students, agents, referral partners or service providers

- Decisions taken based on marketplace comparisons or information
Use of the Platform is at the user’s own discretion.
11. Modifications to Terms
UniCentre reserves the right to update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform and continued usage shall constitute acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of UniCentre shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
